On-Site Chiropractic Care at the Cadott School District
In 2016 the Chippewa Falls School District began offering chiropractic care to their staff. Soon after, administration asked if students could participate. What started with a small group of kids quickly grew—thanks to the positive results observed—into a program now available to all staff and students district-wide. The impact has been so noteworthy that two scientific papers have been published in collaboration with research teams from New Zealand and Atlanta, GA, highlighting the benefits of chiropractic care for children. Since then, this program has expanded to other local districts.
We are excited to share that beginning this fall, the Cadott School District will also be part of this growing movement! We will be offering weekly on-site chiropractic care to both staff and students throughout the school year.
Starting Tuesday, September 30th, we’ll be at the Elementary School from 10:45 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Starting Wednesday, October 1st, we’ll be at the Middle and High School from 11:45 A.M. to 12:45 P.M.

Simply download and complete the forms listed below, then return them to our office or drop them off at the school office. Once we have everything, our staff will reach out to you to schedule a consultation call with Dr. Ashley.
*Note: New patient forms need to be completed by individuals who have never been adjusted at our office before OR who haven’t been adjusted within the last 3 years. Re-activation forms are for patients who haven’t been adjusted in our office for 3 or more months.
